Content Tracking in Superfiliate

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Superfiliate can track creator content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through Social Listening.

For Instagram and TikTok, make sure your brand’s social account is connected in Settings > Integrations > Social. Your connection must be active for Superfiliate to capture new content.

Tracked content is available in Social Listening.

Instagram

Superfiliate can capture:

  • Posts and carousels

  • Reels

  • Stories

For Posts, carousels, and Reels, the content must either:

  • Mention your brand’s @handle in the caption, or

  • Include a clickable tag of your brand’s Instagram account

For Stories, your brand must be mentioned using a clickable @mention.

Stories expire after 24 hours. If a Story is not captured while it is available, it may not be possible to retrieve it later.

TikTok

Superfiliate can capture TikTok content that mentions or tags your connected brand account.

Your TikTok integration must be active when the content is published for tracking to work reliably.

Content Metrics

Available metrics depend on the social network, content format, and the data provided by each platform.

Depending on the content, Superfiliate may display metrics such as:

  • Likes

  • Comments

  • Video views

  • Reach or estimated impressions

  • Estimated Media Value (EMV)

Not every metric is available for every content type.

Content Published Before Connecting Your Account

Your social integration should be connected before content is published.

Superfiliate does not guarantee retroactive tracking for content that was published before your account was connected.

Tracking Content for Campaign Deliverables

Content captured in Social Listening is added to your overall content library.

If you're using SuperBrief, capturing the content does not automatically mark a campaign deliverable as Posted. The content must also be associated with the corresponding deliverable.

If Content Is Missing

If you expected content to appear in Social Listening but cannot find it, check that:

  • Your social integration is still connected

  • The correct brand account is connected

  • The creator used a valid mention or tag

  • The content is publicly accessible

  • The content was published while tracking was active
