What Happens When You Disable the Sign-Up Form?
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Disabling the Sign-Up Form prevents new creators from applying to your program through the creator portal.
Once the form is disabled:
The Apply now button will no longer appear in the portal.
Creators who access the direct sign-up form link will be redirected to the portal.
New applications will no longer be submitted through the form.
Automations triggered by a new application will no longer run because no new applications are being created.
To make the change visible to creators, make sure you save and publish your portal experience after disabling the form.
What Happens to Existing Creators?
Disabling the Sign-Up Form does not affect creators who are already part of your program.
Existing creators will:
Remain enrolled in their programs.
Continue to have access to their creator portal.
Keep their existing program status and information.
What Happens to Pending Applications?
Applications that were submitted before the Sign-Up Form was disabled are not canceled or removed.
Creators with pending applications will remain in your application queue, and you can still approve or reject them as usual.
If you also want to clear existing pending applications, you will need to reject them separately.
