How to Check Your Domain Provider and Verify Custom Domain Integration

If you’re setting up or troubleshooting a custom domain on Superfiliate, it can be useful to identify the domain provider and confirm that the DNS integration is correctly configured.

1. Check the Domain Provider

  1. Go to who.is.

  2. Enter the URL of the domain you want to check.

  3. Look for the section Registrar Information > WHOIS server.

    • This will show you which provider is responsible for the domain.

2. Verify the Custom Domain Integration

If the client is experiencing issues with the integration:

  1. Go to nslookup.io.

  2. Enter the domain to look up the DNS records.

  3. Confirm whether the records (such as CNAME and A Record) are properly configured according to the custom domain setup instructions.
