Manage Your Live Automation

Once an Automation is Saved, you cannot make changes to it. Instead, you'll need to select Create New Version. There are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Anyone currently in the flow will stop advancing

  • You will not be able to change the initial trigger, but you can edit/add more filters and change downstream steps

  • The new version will fully replace the existing version

  • Contacts currently in the flow will NOT be added to the new version

  • Data from the current/soon-to-be-previous version will be available in the "Archive" tab

You can review how each individual stage of an active Automation is performing by clicking into the step. For example, view the total messages sent, open rate, reply rate etc. of an IG DM or see how many people triggered a specific condition.

If you no longer wish to use an Active Automation (and don't want to create a new/edited version of it), you can select "Archive" in the upper right (next to "Create new version") and all of the above info will be preserved, but:

  • Anyone already in the automation will be paused

  • No new contacts will be added to the automation

  • You will not be able to restore the automation and will need to build a new one from scratch
