Why Does My Superfiliate Now Show as "Redacted"?

Because your Superfiliates are sometimes also customers within your Shopify, when they request that Shopify remove their data, Shopify passes that request along to Superfiliate and we automatically “redact” their account. Once Superfiliate receives the request to redact, we will continue to remove the information - so simply re-updating their information in Shopify will not re-instate their profile in Superfiliate. Please contact your Merchant Success Manager if after contacting your Superfiliate they were redacted in error.
