Remove or Ban a Superfiliate

Last updated: August 15, 2025

If you have a Superfiliate that you no longer wish to have in any of your programs, you are able to remove, or even ban them if necessary. Here are the main differences and the scenarios when you may want to remove vs ban a Superfiliate:

Removing a Superfiliate

  • This contact will be able to re-enroll in a program;

  • This contact will be removed from the program Superfiliates list, but kept on the general list;

  • Referral and reward code will be deleted;

  • Superfiliate's Cobranded Landing Page will be disabled;

  • You cannot fully remove a Superfiliate who has made a conversion, even if it was rejected.

Banning a Superfiliate:

  • This account can't be enrolled or interact with any program;

  • Referral and reward code will be deleted;

  • Account's wallet balance will be zeroed;

  • Account's Microsite and Portal access will be disabled.

Note: A ban is more appropriate for someone who has violated your program terms, or otherwise permanently damaged your working relationship. If someone is simply no longer a good fit for the program (not meeting sales goals, taking a break from socials etc.) or otherwise not parting on bad terms, consider simply removing them. In either scenario their code/link will no longer be active.

Here's how you can remove/ban someone from your programs:

  1. Go to the Superfiliates tab.

  2. Search for the contact you want to remove in the search bar.

  3. Select View.

  1. Click on the three dots button for more settings.

  2. Choose either Ban or Remove
