Import Contacts With Existing Codes and/or Commission

If you're migrating from another platform and some of your program members currently have an outstanding balance owed or discount codes that you'd like to keep associated to them, the Superfiliate team is happy to help.

  1. Contact your Merchant Success Manager to get started, but make sure you can provide a CSV file with:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address (required)

  • Phone Number

  • Discount Code

  • Instagram Handle (optional)

  • TikTok Handle (optional)

  • Remaining Balance in USD

  1. Make sure to let your Merchant Success Manager how you want the codes to be handled, we can either:

    1. Associate the code to the new contact, but not make ANY changes to it

      1. This means any promotions you run or changes you make to the program settings will NOT apply to the codes imported

    2. Associate the code to the new contact and assume ownership of the code within Shopify

      1. This deletes and recreates the code within Shopify (no orders are deleted)

      2. Any promotions and program setting changes made within Superfiliate will be applied to code and change how it behaves
